JLPT N5 Grammar: Using atode, maeni, and nagara

This month, we go over how to use some time expressions in Japanese like atode, maeni, and nagara. You can use these to be more specific with your language and the timing of events in Japanese.     Hi.
    I don’t know if I’m just being stupid, or if there’s an error with your pop-quiz question for ながら ?
    You said secondary action + ながら + main action, however “While I’m drinking coffee, I read books” is translated as “コーヒーを 飲みながら 本を 読みます。” I would have thought it should be: “コーヒーを 読みながら 本を 飲みます。” But maybe I’m just not understanding the rule correctly….

      コーヒーを 読みながら 本を 飲みます。 would mean ‘While reading coffee, (I) drink book.’ 🙂
