I do read all the email that is sent to me, but because of time constraints and the sheer number of emails I get every day, I sometimes can’t get back to you. If you have a specific question about grammar, I highly recommend giving Stack Exchange a try. You can usually get prompt, vetted answers to nuanced grammar questions there.
